Responsibilities

You will be able to…

Communicate
Serve as the first point of contact for customers seeking technical assistance over the phone or email.

Troubleshoot
Perform remote troubleshooting through diagnostic techniques and pertinent questions, determining the best solution based on the issue.

Problem solve
Walk the customers through the problem-solving process, following up to update customers on status through to conclusion
04
Keep accurate information
Record events, problems and resolutions in a log, provide accurate information about products and services.

Skills & Attributes

Ideal candidate would have experience within a 1st Line Support/ IT Support role

Have great customer service skills
Excellent customer service and communication skills (verbal and in writing)

This is a full-time permanent role with office hours of Monday to Friday 8.30am to 5.30pm.

In return we are offering a competitive salary between £17,000-£21,000 (depending on experience), great working environment including a gym membership. We offer training and support throughout your career and there are opportunities to progress within the company.
